RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on Return and Refund policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase/delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@avikkart.com or call us on +91-9591767417 to get an authorisation for return. After receiving an authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow atleast two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email/call when your return has been processed.

Please note:

Wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product - No Problem! If there was mistake from our side (i.e. wrong product/size and/or wrong colour delivered) in the product that you received through our online purchase, we will bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges.

If you made a mistake while placing the order, please get in touch with us immediately to change the order. It is easier to change the product before it is shipped. You can contact us during working hours by call on +91-9591767417 or email us on info@avikkart.com and we will be happy to change your order.

If you received riding gear/helmet that you wish to replace because of size issue, then Worry Not! we will facilitate the replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and re-shipping charges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame

  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

  • Size replacement can be done only once. Repeated replacements will not be permitted

  • Only size exchange is permitted. Exchanging one product for another product/series/brand is not permitted

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

  • Pre-order / custom made products

  • Products on Clearance Sale can't be exchanged/returned

  • Products on Clearance Sale do not have any warranty/guarantee

  • Wiring harness, switch, filters of MadDog brand do not have any warranty

  • Hygiene related items.

REFUNDS

If the product/order is yet to ship:

   a. If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of               2.36% bank charges. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original payment

   b. If you choose to take a store credit you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product (and it's           associated shipping amount).

If the product has already reached the customer and the customer wants to return the product - we can issue a refund as long as we receive the product in its original packaging without any damages (scratches, paint chips, etc). The return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued once the product is received by us and checked for any damages. In case there are damages, we can ship the product back or we can let you know an adjusted amount of the refund. 

   a. If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of               2.36% bank charges. In case the customer has availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be               deducted from the refund. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original                 payment.

   b. If you choose to take a store credit you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product                         (excluding shipping amount). In case the customer has availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall               also be deducted from the store credit amount.

 

In case the order placed is a custom order and a part is specifically being brought it, no refund shall be applicable as the order cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED GOODS

 

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than usual!

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards

  • Lubricants and Shampoos

  • Air Filters

  • Chain Cleaners and Brush

  • Wax and Polish

  • Inner Suit and Balaclava

  • Audio (In-earphones/earbud)

For defective or damaged products please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • The Product has to be unused.

  • Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it. It should be in logistic friendly manner.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

  • Customer will have to send the product on his own.

  • Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at info@avikkart.com

  • Account number

  • Account holder name (Same as registered with avikkart.com)

  • IFSC Code

  • Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 business days.

  • If any damage/defect is found from AVIK KART end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.

  • In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.
